WISeKey CEO Carlos Moreira announced the release of the new version 2.0 of WISe.ART during the “Go to market strategies panel moderated by Maxim Research Analyst Allen Klee.

During the panel, Mr. Moreira explained the uniqueness of the WISe.ART platform which is secured by WISeKey’s various security technologies allowing the authentication of NFTs based on digital identity, physical objects as well as digital assets, in a secure end-to-end process. The WISe.ART platform gives users full control of their WISeID NFT, while other NFTs must request access to identity information and WISeID NFT users can then decide the level of information themselves they want to share.

The new WISe.ART 2.0 version also includes new features providing art collectors and artists with a secure marketplace and platform where buyers and sellers of NFTs can easily connect their crypto wallets to instantly buy or list their NFTs for sale. WISeKey has added support for Polygon and CasperLabs blockchains, dramatically reducing and even eliminating gas fees for creators, buyers, and sellers on the WISe.ART marketplace. New artists added to the platform include names such as:

Eva Kareem:

Evan Kareem has been drawing traditionally and digitally for many years. The style of his art generally focuses on abstract division, in particular combining colors and geometric patterns and taking motifs from nature, natural phenomena and landscapes and depicting these using various unusual ways. Although he was never able to get into art school, but took a slightly different path, he studied theater and performing arts in college and studied computer science at Sheffield Hallam University in the UK, which he personally realizes is a strange combination even to this day. He spent many days understanding computer programming, but he kept experimenting with new tools to always discover how to generate art in new ways. Besides art, what interests him is quantum physics and the fascinating and mind-blowing subjects it involves.

Tina Buchholtz:
According to Tina Buchholtz, “Painting has always been a part of my life and although my training was in figurative painting, the more I worked, the more I became fascinated by the subject of color in its own right. landscapes dissolved, giving way to landscape-inspired color fields and clouds. So I can honestly say that abstraction discovered me, rather than the other way around, perhaps as a logical conclusion of my own development and maturity Having my own artistic “signature” and unique style is non-negotiable for me – I developed my own techniques almost from the start when I started experimenting with my spatula tool. Some of my works explore political developments (e.g. Exodus, Ground Offensive), or emotions and memories, so a spectrum between relative objectivity and personal subjectivity For me, uniqueness, my personal signature, is crucial, everything like authenticity. I am also very excited by the interaction between a work and the viewer. A painting can trigger so many associations, a connection to music, personal memories and so much more. This is what I experience in conversations with viewers, collectors and simple spectators.
