With over 20 years of experience in battery technology and having contributed to over 220 scientific papers on electrode and electrolyte materials for lithium-ion batteries, which have been cited many times in others publications, Mr. MV Reddy, PhD joins the Company as a Senior Professional Researcher to advance the New World product portfolio.

Reddy received his PhD in Materials Science with highest distinction from the University of Bordeaux, France (2003) and a Masters in Chemistry (Electrochemistry) from the University of Bangalore, India (1995). Over the past two decades, Reddy has studied LiB materials (anodes, cathodes, supercapacitors and solid electrolytes), fuel cells, nanotechnology, recycling and recovery of battery materials, powder metallurgy and materials for CO2 sequestration, other material characterization techniques, spectroscopy, techniques and electroanalytics, as well as additional research activities. He worked as a principal researcher at the research institute of Hydro-Quebec, the Center of excellence in electrification of transport and energy storage (“CETEES”), and at the Department of science and engineering of materials of the National University of Singapore, Advanced Batteries Lab and Department of Physics.
